Principal Training is a young dynamic training provider. We are committed to providing effective training solutions to our clients and working with them for the long-term. Now in our 10th year our business is growing and looking into the distant future.

Quality
Our training programmes are written to meet the needs of our clients, national occupational standards, awarding bodies, Qualifications and curriculum authority (QCA). They are all written by experienced trainers and health and safety professionals. We check all of the content of our programmes to ensure the information we provide is accurate and up to date.
Value
We have grown our business from small beginnings and therefore we know the importance of spending wisely. We haven’t had a fast growth because our focus has always been on providing a great service at a great value price. We know the value of effective training and we put this above our bottom line.
Integrity
With the responsibility of providing information, instruction and training that can keep people safe and potentially be life saving; our integrity to our professional standards is second to none. We ensure each of our trainers maintains their qualifications, we externally monitor each of our trainers and each of our courses is evaluated. On a regular basis we review our courses to ensure they are current and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Consistency
One of the main keys to success in business and indeed successful health and safety is consistency. Regardless of where in the country we deliver training the level of service we provide will remain consistent. We also remain consistent with our business policies and procedures. We all know that health and safety and first aid always seems to change, in actual fact it is often the trainers information that differs. Our trainers are trained and updated by us and therefore are more consistent with their information.
Longevity
Having survived our first 10 years we have developed our business plan for the next 20 years. Over the past 10 years we have learnt the important services we can provide for businesses. When we work with you we get to know about your business and its safety needs. Year on year we hope to return and update your training and assist you in complying with your health and safety needs.
